Paperless Billing

If you are one of our District members for which we had an email address on file, you should have received your 4th quarter 2020 bill via email this week. We are also sending out hard copy bill to all customers to ensure receipt. If you’d like to continue to receive your bills via email, please contact our Administrator at admin@rollinsfordwatersewer.org.

Online Bill Pay

We are excited to report that we are offering online bill pay. Check out the portal at https://pay.waterbill.com/login-Rollinsford. Make sure to use the link provided to ensure that you visit the secured site (i.e., starting with “https”). Note that you will need your account number to log in. Also note that there are processing fees charged to the user when using this system.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE = 3.50% with minimum of $2.95
