Dear Residents of Rollinsford,

 

Please find below the projected timeline for the remainder of the Front/South Street Water Main Replacement Project:

• Week of July 1, 2024: Replace water line services to the remainder of Front Street.
• Week of July 8, 2024: Install temporary water main line on Front Street or Second Street and loam/seed affected lawns on South Street.
• Week of July 15, 2024: Begin water main installation on Second Street or Front Street.
• August: Install temporary water main line on Front Street or Second Street and loam/seed affected lawns on Front Street or Second Street.
• August: Begin water main installation on Second Street or Front Street.
• September: Begin water main installation on Cross Street and loam/seed affected lawns on Front Street or Second Street.
• Early to Mid-Fall: Temporary paving performed by Rollinsford DPW. This also includes affected areas of driveways.

Please find below other notes regarding this project:

• Currently, a police detail will be on site for the work on Front Street.
• Removed trees will be replaced.
• Roads will not be closed to residents.
• On Second Street, the Town is also planning to replace some drainage in tandem with this project.
