The 2021 Annual Meeting of the Rollinsford Water and Sewer District will be held per the Temporary Optional Town Meeting Procedures of HB 1129.

On March 16th at 6:30 pm, the Board of Commissioners will hold the first live virtual meeting to inform the voters about the proposed optional meeting procedures and will provide a detailed review of the proposed warrant articles.

After the first virtual meeting is adjourned, the public has seven days to submit questions and comments to the Board via electronic mail, voice mail, text message, or by other means (details of which are described here).

On March 23rd at 6:30 pm, the Board of Commissioners will hold a second live virtual meeting to discuss, debate, and potentially amend the posted warrant.

On March 30th from 11 am to 7 pm, District members will vote on the warrant articles, as finalized at the March 23rd meeting. In-person voting will occur in the main hall of the American Legion on Foundry Street. (A drive-up option will also be available outside the Legion.)
